CapitalAir has invested in an in-house repair facility to service your essential welding equipment and accessories. Our service technician is factory trained and well equiped to perform warranty work, tests, repairs and maintenance on a complete range of welding machines.

Our technician is factory trained and has the support of the latest diagnostic tools to repair your electric welding and plasma cutting equipment.


In-House Welding Equipment Repairs:

  • Aluminum spool and push/pull Mig guns
  • Water & air cooled Mig guns (repair and shorten if needed)
  • Water and air cooled Tig torches
  • Remote amperage controls
  • Water coolers (for welding equipment)
  • Portable cutting machines (Radiographs/straight line cutters)
  • Welding equipment re-calibration (in-house and at your location)

Welder Testing Equipment

Our repair department has a wide range of special testing equipment including a Miller 750 amp load bank, Tektronix TDS 2022B  2 channel oscilloscope, and calibrated meters, to ensure the accuracy of testing your welding equipment.
We can provide onsite service along the 416 and 417 corridor, Ottawa, and the National Capital Region. We are the only gas and welding supply vendor located along the 401 corridor between Prescott and Oshawa that provides a complete service package.
